“My Mum was into grunge and my Dad was a hippie, so I like to think I got the best of both worlds when it comes to my musical direction.
At 17 years old I was introduced to the Wellington music scene which grandly expanded my creative colour pallet, incorporating Jazz, Funk, and Electronic elements into my solo and collaborative production style.
My heart and soul lies in grunge, post-punk and anything I can get my anger and frustration out into, with the occasional, Folk, Jazzy or Psychedelic tune to dust out my brain corners and get all my emotion out.
Limiting myself is never an option, as my mum would say, I make sure to never put all my eggs in one basket.
I am originally from little ol' Upper Hutt, but I like to think I was destined to be in Wellington where the action is!
My music is tied deeply to my artwork, that I also use as an expressive, therapeutic outlet to get all the pent up stuff out.
I love to scream on stage, I love to express myself & I love to be curious when it comes to creativity.”
