Coastal Promotions
Coastal Promotions is a concert promotion company based out of Wellington & Auckland New Zealand. Founded in May 2018 by students Charles Clatworthy (Founder & C.E.O) and Ben Elisara (Co-Founder & General Manager). We strive to create unique and innovative events for fans of Hip-Hop & Drum and Bass. We hope it result’s in developing and providing the local scene and talent, creating a memorable experience for the anyone who attends. We have a collective for our DJ’s and artists called the Coastal Collective. It consists of members Shortball, Worthy, Elisara, Chop’D UP, WillyMav and MYLOH.
In our first year we have embarked on a sold-out tour of New Zealand’s 4 major city's, called Heavy Rollers (A Night Of Drum And Bass) which saw shows in Wellington, Dunedin, Christchurch and Auckland. We were featured in the Univesity of Drum and Bass Documentary with over 50 k views, hosted 2 international artists and done 2 stage takeovers.
