Make the most of the long weekend and come to a house-disco oriented evening at Cuba Street Tavern! Drink specials will be available to accompany an evening focused on local Pōneke talent.
Starting at 3PM, DJ RH and Mr Playups will set the tone for the evening with a Noise Control originals B2B.
Handsome, a digital and vinyl DJ based in Pōneke, will follow with an eclectic taste of music ranging from soul, funk and jazz to hip hop, house and reggae. Expect a mix of groovy, deep, hard-hitting tunes to accompany the set.
Following will be Dani Kotrotsos, a singer and producer based in Wellington, creating music inspired by indie pop, house, melodic drum and bass and whatever feels good.
And to ramp the energy will be Seini. Armed with a plethora of 4x4 beats, Seini mixes a blend of drum beats and smooth rhythms to move you into the night to wrap up Something Something’s first Sunday sessions!
